Terms of Service
Effective August 30, 2026. These terms govern M10 RuleSafe, provided by DaelVista LLC.
Eligibility and authority
You must have authority to install apps, manage the connected Shopify store, and accept these terms for the merchant. You are responsible for authorized users who access M10 RuleSafe through that store.
Service scope
M10 RuleSafe supports the qualified standard Shopify Online Store cart-to-checkout path with:
- Minimum quantity for one Product Variant.
- Maximum quantity for one Product Variant.
- Minimum quantity across a Product's variants.
- Maximum quantity across a Product's variants.
- Minimum order subtotal.
Drafts do not enforce until an authorized merchant activates a qualified revision. M10 RuleSafe does not control every Shopify checkout context; service claims apply only to supported surfaces documented by M10 RuleSafe.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for selecting intended targets, setting suitable thresholds, reviewing customer messages, testing representative carts, reviewing Safety Report findings and simulator results, and confirming storefront behavior before and after activation. Use the service in compliance with law and Shopify requirements.
Plans and Shopify billing
- Free: up to 1 active rule.
- Pro: up to 50 active rules for USD $8.99 every 30 days.
Both plans include drafts, Safety Report, and the bounded simulator. There is no free trial and no annual plan at launch. These limits apply to active rules, not saved draft revisions.
Shopify presents, authorizes, bills, manages, and cancels paid subscriptions. Cancellation or downgrade may take effect at the end of the current Shopify billing cycle. Billing adjustments and refunds, if any, are governed by applicable law and the terms presented by Shopify.
If plans or prices change, the current offer shown by Shopify when you accept the change controls future charges. A later change does not retroactively alter charges or obligations already incurred.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, mislead buyers, infringe rights, introduce malicious content, interfere with Shopify, probe another merchant's data, bypass checkout or payment controls, or exceed platform limits.
Availability and safety
DaelVista LLC uses reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, but Shopify, Cloudflare, networks, maintenance, merchant configuration, and events outside reasonable control can affect it. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Invalid or missing M10 configuration is designed to fail open, and saving a draft does not change checkout. Monitor storefront behavior. If a valid checkout is unexpectedly blocked, deactivate the affected rule set and contact support.
Data and privacy
The M10 RuleSafe Privacy Policy describes information processing. Do not send credentials, access tokens, payment details, or unnecessary customer information to support.
Intellectual property
M10 RuleSafe's original software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property remain owned by DaelVista LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Shopify marks, merchant content, or third-party materials. You retain rights in content and configuration you provide, subject to the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service by deactivating active rules and uninstalling the app. DaelVista LLC may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse, non-payment, law, or Shopify compliance and, where practical, will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
After uninstall, M10 removes stored Shopify sessions and disables its shop runtime. Data handling after uninstall is described in the Privacy Policy. DaelVista LLC does not claim a right to continue enforcement after uninstall.
Changes to the service or these terms
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite obligations already incurred without notice or consent required by law.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” DaelVista LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where legally permitted. DaelVista LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every rule, message, threshold, or merchant configuration will suit every store or checkout context.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable under these terms for lost profits, revenue, or data, or for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the service, even if advised that such damages were possible.
DaelVista LLC's total liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of the fees paid for M10 RuleSafe through Shopify during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. These limitations do not apply to rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify DaelVista LLC against a third-party claim to the extent caused by unlawful use, merchant content or configuration that violates law or third-party rights, or a material breach of these terms. DaelVista LLC will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and a settlement may not admit fault or impose obligations on DaelVista LLC without written consent.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Disputes
Contact M10 RuleSafe Support before formal proceedings so the parties can try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. Either party may pursue remedies under applicable law. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class proceeding where that right applies.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
